Corporate

Sector 3 Solutions has always aimed to provide effective and relevant services at a local level so that the work that we do is relevant and contributes to the communities in which we work.

As a response to changes in the political climate and financial architecture in Third Sector services, the company has sought to present itself to Government and Health agencies as a dynamic and capable organisation which is ready to compete in the Public procurement arena.

By working closely with local people, people responsible for the commissioning of services, those involved in social policy and research, Sector 3 has developed programmes which have achieved remarkable results for participants and models of intervention which have been emulated by statutory providers.

A good deal of work has been done in the last two years to equip the Company with a clear and robust model for community development, with particular regard to the debate on Public Health. Practically, this has involved the development of policies and procedures which enable the Company to offer the best in terms of Quality Assurance, Best Practice and Customer Services, on the levels of both commissioning and service user involvement.

We believe that we have achieved our objective of operating on two levels: that of a hands on, genuine source of support and guidance, engaging closely with real people dealing with real problems; and that of a properly managed, professional organisation, which can offer the level of service level assurance, compliance with best practice and efficient production of results which is naturally expected by those concerned with the allocation of public money.

Further discussion of our strategies for the future will shortly appear on our ‘Blog’ page and anyone interested in commissioning work or discussing particular needs should access our contacts page. One of our team will be very happy to help.
