General


We operate a robust Quality Assurance System and work is underpinned by a comprehensive set of policies and procedures designed to ensure the highest standards of service to Commissioners and Communities alike.

Training is subject to Open College Network (North East Region) procedures of Assessment, Internal Verification and External Quality Review and Sector 3 Operates regular quality and standardisation procedures to ensure that quality across out curriculum is maintained.

Our staff are all suitably qualified and experienced and we insist on on-going CPD programmes which are registered with IfL and LSC. Internal Quality Assurance systems are also in place to ensure that people using our services are able to notify us of any lapse in quality and to enable us to rectify any problems effectively and fairly.
